Scaled Clinic

Case study 002 / Renovo Realm

A med spa.Built to grow.

The Renovo Realm transformation

Renovo Realm needed more than a beautiful website. It needed a recognisable brand, a better booking experience, connected practice technology, and a way of reaching the right clients. Over ninety days I worked across branding, digital experience, clinic systems, search, paid acquisition and reputation to give the Sandy Springs med spa a stronger foundation to grow from.

At the start $7,000
By day 90 $60,000
Reported revenue growth / first 90 days Figures reported by the client. Both are revenue at the start and at the end of the engagement.

02 · The opening

A strong service deserves an equallystrong business behind it.

Renovo Realm was working in one of metro Atlanta's most competitive aesthetics markets. The opportunity was not to make the business look better. It was to close the distance between how people discovered the med spa, how the brand introduced itself, how an interested visitor booked, and how the team handled what came back.

  1. Brand One identity across screen and print, instead of several.
  2. Website A site that explains the services and makes booking obvious.
  3. Booking A connected path from interest to a held appointment.
  4. Acquisition Search and paid working as one source of demand.
  5. Reputation Presence and proof where people decide who to trust.

Six parts of one business that had never been asked to work as one.

03 · Identity / creative direction

A brand people recognisebefore they book.

I built one identity for Renovo Realm and carried it across every place a prospective client meets the business — the site they find first and the material they take home afterwards. The objective was unglamorous and specific: make every touchpoint read as the same confident, professional med spa.

  1. 01 Logo The mark and its lockups.
  2. 02 Brand identity Colour, type and the rules that hold them together.
  3. 03 Business cards The card the practitioner hands over.
  4. 04 Brochures The service story, in print.
  5. 05 Flyers Promotional material for individual services.
  6. 06 Supporting material The rest of the branded set.

The artwork itself is not published here. This chapter lists what was delivered; it does not reproduce the files.

One brand across digital and physical touchpoints, instead of a different one in each place.

04 · Website / UX / conversion

A better first impression.A clearer path to booking.

The site had to do more than look current. It had to say what Renovo Realm offers, earn enough confidence to be worth a booking, work properly on the phone most people would read it on, and make the next step obvious. I rebuilt the experience around those four things.

  • Redesign A new site, not a reskin of the old one.
  • Interface A modern, considered UI.
  • Responsive Built for the phone first, because that is where it is read.
  • Services Each one explained clearly enough to choose from.
  • Booking access The next step reachable from anywhere on the site.

A clearer digital experience, and a shorter distance between reading about a service and booking it.

Screenshots of the site, before or after, are not published here.

05 · Practice systems / patient experience

A better experience doesn'tend at the website.

Behind the site I connected Renovo Realm to Patient Realm for its practice operations and its patient-facing experience. The point was to shorten the gap between interest and action: someone finds a service, gets an answer, and moves into booking without leaving the path they were already on.

  • Patient Realm EHR and practice operations.
  • Online booking Patient-facing, from the site.
  • AI chat Answers questions and points to the booking step.
  1. 01 Finds a service
  2. 02 Reads the site
  3. 03 Asks a question
  4. 04 Books

Visitor How can I book a consultation?

Assistant I can help you find the right service and the booking option for it.

Illustrative. The assistant answers questions about services and routes to booking. It does not assess symptoms, offer a diagnosis or recommend a treatment.

No phone automation was part of this engagement. There is no AI voice receptionist at Renovo Realm.

A connected path from discovering a service to holding an appointment.

06 · Patient acquisition / digital growth

Getting discovered wasonly the beginning.

A good-looking med spa website cannot create demand by itself. I connected organic search, Google Ads and Meta retargeting so the business could reach people already researching aesthetic services, and so an interested visitor had a way back. The aim was never attention for its own sake. It was to put the right service in front of the right person and make the booking obvious once they arrived.

  • Organic search Making the site findable for the searches that matter locally.
  • Google Ads Reaching people expressing intent for a service, as they express it.
  • Meta retargeting Giving an interested visitor a route back to the clinic.
  1. The site
  2. The service
  3. The booking

Three channels aimed at one place, rather than three campaigns aimed at themselves.

Spend, return, cost per lead, lead volume, rankings and traffic are not published. Nor is any split of the result across these channels.

07 · Visibility / trust

People don't just discover a med spa. They decide whether to trust it.

The site and the campaigns changed how people found Renovo Realm. They did not, by themselves, change what those people saw when they went looking for a second opinion. I helped build the social presence and supported the work of asking satisfied clients for genuine Google reviews.

  • Social presence Built and given something consistent to say.
  • Google reviews A straightforward ask, to real clients, after real visits.
  • Local visibility The brand showing up where the decision is made.

A stronger presence where people check before they book.

No follower count, review count or rating is published, and no review is reproduced. Reviews were asked for, never bought, incentivised or filtered.

08 · 90 days / business growth

The work was connected. So was the growth.

Branding made the business consistent. The site made it easier to understand. Connected booking and clinic systems made it easier to act on. Search, Google Ads, Meta retargeting, social presence and review work gave it a way to be found and a reason to be trusted. Over the same ninety days, the client reported a substantial change in revenue.

At the start $7,000
By day 90 $60,000
Reported revenue growth / first 90 days These are figures reported by the client, over the ninety days of the engagement. The work described here ran alongside the clinic's own treatments, pricing and service delivery — this is what the period looked like, not a claim that one person caused all of it.
  • One visual brand
  • A clearer digital presence
  • Connected patient booking
  • Stronger local discovery
  • Search and paid working together
  • A better-supported reputation

09 · One connected approach

Not five disconnected vendors. One coordinated strategy.

The opportunity at Renovo Realm was not to sell another logo, another website or another ad campaign. It was to connect how the business looked, how people found it, how they booked and how the team handled what came back. That is the work I want with every practice I partner with: find what matters most, connect the systems, and leave a better foundation behind.

  • Branding
  • Web experience
  • Practice technology
  • Organic discovery
  • Paid marketing
  • Social proof
  • Business growth

This was a project engagement scoped to its own brief. It is not the standard monthly partnership, and it is not priced like it.

Your practicecould be next.

Your clinic may already do excellent work. The question is whether your brand, your website, your booking and your marketing are helping the right people find it.

Every practice is different, and so is every result. Nothing here is a projection of what another clinic would see.
