01Monday, Priorities
Three clear priorities for the week.
We agree on what matters most so the work stays focused.
I find and fix the leaks between discovery, booking, follow-up, and return visits: using marketing, automation, content, and operational changes where they matter most.
Based in Atlanta. Remote nationwide, on-site where useful.

Most owners recognize three or four of these at once. That is the pattern, not a coincidence.
We get inquiries, but I don't know what happens to all of them.
The front desk is already overloaded.
I'm paying multiple vendors and still coordinating everything myself.
We have tools, but they don't really work together.
Patients come in once and we don't have a consistent system for bringing them back.
I don't actually know which part of our growth system is holding us back.
My job is to identify where the biggest leaks are happening and improve the system around them.
01
Leak You don't show up when someone nearby searches for the treatment.
Target state Stronger local visibility and a review presence that holds up.
02
Leak The call goes to voicemail. The form gets answered tomorrow.
Target state Faster, more consistent inquiry response, including after hours.
03
Leak Interest never becomes a time on the calendar.
Target state A clearer path from interest to a confirmed appointment.
04
Leak No-shows and late cancellations leave holes in the day.
Target state Reminders and confirmations working to hold the slot.
05
Leak Patients due for their next treatment never hear from you.
Target state Recall that runs on a schedule, not on memory.
06
Leak Happy patients are never asked for a review or a referral.
Target state The ask built into the workflow, at the right moment.
Agencies own one of these steps. I own the whole path.
I work on your marketing, booking, AI automation, content, follow-up, retention and internal growth workflows, based on what is holding the practice back most.
Help more of the right patients discover the practice.
Turn more attention and inquiries into appointments.
Reduce repetitive work and improve response.
Create content and communication that moves people toward action.
Keep more patients connected to the practice.

An agency owns a channel and reports on it. This is not built around selling one channel. I look across the non-clinical patient-growth system and work on whichever part is actually the constraint. In a given quarter that may be marketing, booking, the website, automation, follow-up, retention, content, workflow or visibility. Not all of them every month, and not a fixed list decided before I have seen the practice.
Up to 30 hours a month of my own direct work, hands-on implementation rather than recommendations handed over: plus managing the priority, keeping the work visible week to week, a monthly growth review, and agreed on-site time locally. It is a flat monthly rate for that involvement, not a block of hours you draw down or get billed against.
No, and that is not the default assumption. Often the work shows a vendor is doing well, and the problem is that nobody is connecting their work to everything else. Sometimes consolidating makes sense and I will say so. Either way the decision stays yours, and nothing is replaced unless we scope it deliberately.
Good. That is a useful thing to learn early, and the engagement does not depend on marketing being the answer. The priority may turn out to be booking, response time, automation, website friction, patient return, visibility or an internal workflow. The work follows the constraint rather than a predetermined channel.
You do. The practice should retain control of its core business accounts, assets and access wherever platform rules allow: domain, website, advertising accounts, analytics, business profiles, creative, documentation and reporting. Where a platform genuinely does not permit transfer I will tell you before we build on it. There is no vendor lock-in here.
No. No guaranteed revenue, no guaranteed patient counts, no guaranteed search rankings and no guaranteed return, and I would be careful with anyone who offers them. What I control is the quality of the work, what gets prioritised, whether it actually gets implemented, and whether you can see it: not your market, your team or your follow-through.
The rate does not change and the scope does not change. The initial engagement is 90 days; after that it is month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Your accounts stay yours either way.
Tell me what is happening now, what feels stuck and where you want the practice to go. I'll review it personally and tell you where I'd start.
